One of the strongest teams in the league. Ackland A’s are one of the few teams that have beaten Hot Shots. This wasn’t a fluke either with some of the strongest girls in the league. Watch out boys not only can these girls hit over your heads, they can clear the fence!

2004 MVP's
Tracy Marlow
Warren

A team to be reckoned with, this team was the top team of the league for a long time. Aclaim took home the trophy for top team in 2002. You might recognize a lot of faces from this team when you play the Ackland A’s.

Apollo Seniors are one of our two senior teams. This team has been playing ball for awhile and are very talented. Age hasn’t stopped these ball players; the Apollo Seniors have experienced the victory of beating Hot Shots
2004 MVP's
Art Johnson
Mary Davies

5th in league standings last year this team has some talent. On their night off the men on this team are known to be playing men’s league with the well known Legion Men’s Club.

What can we say, definitely one of the best teams out there. All games are fun when you are playing the Royals. This is one of the few teams in the league that are as good about winning as they are losing. Even when you lose to this team, you have fun. The Royals do quite a bit of winning as they placed 2nd in the league last year with only 2 losses   A happy team even when losing, this team is full of good sports. They know what ball is really about, The Fun! This team makes sure to have fun every night win or lose.

A quiet team, Canadian Tire has been holding out. Although this team placed 7th in the league last year; they have maintained 1st for the first 2 weeks of this year. Look out if you are expecting last year’s team, I think we all will be surprised by this year!

Even thought a different bar sponsored them there is no mistaking Shananigan’s. This is a fun team to play but can also pull of a very impressive win like their one over the strong team Ricshaw last year.

Chattanooga's/Monday

  Cranbrook Old Dogs/Monday   Finnegans Wake/Mon &Wed   Friends & Suds/Wednesday

Talented team, Chattanooga’s placed 4th on Monday night last year. Chattanooga’s is a confident team as they should be after beating some tough competition last year like Aclaim and Ricshaw. If you played Wednesday, you might recognize some Friends & Suds on this team.
Jamie Epp
Courtenay Berkhiem

Our Old Dogs, we have been seeing these guys for a long time, and getting our asses kicked by these guys for a long time. These old guys really know this game, they placed 3rd on Monday night last year! Don’t expect age to be a factor when you are playing this team, trust me, they have beaten younger than you!

Well this team got a livelier sponsor this year, losing the McPherson Emballmers name. Although the Emballmers was a first year team last year they still managed to place 2nd in the year end tournament.
2004 MVP's
April Duchscherer
Mike Gottinger

A friendly team, just like the name! Friends & Suds won the prize for most sportsmanlike team at the 2003 year end tournament; and don't let the suds make you think that this team is easily beatable as they placed second in the league last year!
Kendal Kolibar

Hot Shots/Wednesday

  King Eddy Royals/Monday

Well this teams brand new this year, but some raw talent on it is not. Don’t be surprised when center dives for balls that no-one should be able to catch. But don’t worry; although their short shop has been know to stop balls five feet above him and has a rocket arm, rumour is he is getting old!
2004 MVP's
Chad
Duchscherer
Linda

This team took an impressive 2nd place in the year-end tournament. Although this team has the ability to beat a team they keep a doctor on the roster to fix anything serious.
2004 MVP's
Derick
Louanne

Voted most likely to kick your ass. A team that everyone would like to beat! Hot Shots took top team of the league last year, winning every game! They also placed B2 in Sam Steele, 1st in the year end tournament and 1st in Fall League. To top that off they hold the record for most runs for and least runs against.
2004 MVP's
Colleen Maracle
Chad Duchscherer

These Royal, Over-Unders are what the game is about, having fun! This team has been in the league awhile and they are always a lot of fun. Their easy-going attitude about the game is a nice change of pace. This team doesn’t practice, that’s for competitive teams. They can be most often heard saying “whatever”.
2004 MVP's
Sandy Gronlund
Ron Gronlund

Munro's/Wednesday

  Pure Bred Beauty's/Monday
Not only can most of this team style hair, but they can play ball really well. The only thing that kept this team from taking a top place in standings was having to play the toughest teams in the league on Tuesday night. Of course it was probably good practice for kicking some but this year!
2004 MVP's
Brandon Cavener
Misty Ahlefeld
Called X-Factor on the schedules. You might think that this is a new team to Monday night until you see their players. A general reaction would be Uh-Oh. This team is actually Tobacco Plains (top Monday team 2003), with a twist. This team is a little Tobacco Plains, a few Hot Shots, the odd Uko-Shananigan’s, and topped off with some Tri-Mountain Equipment. Don’t underestimate this team!
2004 MVP's
Chris Twigg
Lori Johnson

Another one of our new teams this year, on the schedules they are called K's Amazon. This team has a lot of heart and enthusiasm. This team has set their standard of play high and are striving to meet it. Even if this team takes some losses at the beginning they won't go down without a good fight!

One of our brand new teams this year, Pure Bred Beauty’s are a nice new addition to our league. This is a very young team consisting of 17 – 20 year olds, and will be trying to give us old guys a run for our money.
2004 MVP's
Heather
Darnell Rousson

Ricshaw Otesai/Wednesday

  Screaming Eagles/Monday   Shananigan's Orphans/Monday   Skyway/Wednesday

A nice but tough team, Rickshaw has a lot of talent. This team placed 4th on Wednesday night and 6th on Monday. They placed B2 in the Sam Steele tournament, and after playing both nights in the year end tournament, which meant a lot of back to back games, Rickshaw took 1st place on Monday night. This family team really knows how to play ball!
2004 MVP's
Stan
Kim

Disguised by the new name are our beloved Pubbers. The Pubbers won the Most-Sportsman-Like award in the 2003 year-end tournament. As well as being a likeable team they have some ball skills placing 3rd in the year-end tournament. Playing the Eagles is always a fun experience
2004 MVP's
Barb Mooney
Dennis Juhasz
Whether their bar is the Byng or Shananigan’s, they are the Orphans, and a lot of them. This team has a very full roster of 20 very fun – loving, drunk players. I say this in a good sense this team does love to drink, but that didn’t stop them from taking 3rd place in the 2003 year-end tournament. The Orphans bring a lot of fun to the ball park!
2004 MVP's
Richard
Janet
Although this team took a hard hit last year by coming last in the league with 1 win, what a win it was. The very last game of the year Skyway played Friends and Suds, the second place team in standings, and beat them with a very respectable score of 19-15. This shows this team can be a force when they want to be.

Team Ranchers/Wednesday   Tri-Mountain Equipment/Wednesday
We know this team is well liked when they took a close second at the Most Sportsman-Like award in the Year-End tournament. Very skilled as well this team placed 4th last year.
2004 MVP's
Stink
Connie
7th in the league, don't underestimate this team as they can pull if off wins when they want to having a very impressive win against the 2nd team in standings Friends & Suds.
